This program teaches parents and their children the 3C's: Communication, Compassion and Connection.

Yoga in the park
Children ages 5-10 will explore there inner world while learning to Pause, Breathe, Play, Focus and create as we are surrounded by nature. This class is 45 minutes and includes a craft. This class is limited to 15 Children. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water and don't forget sunscreen. Mats are provided if you don't have one.
Fee: $12 per class or $86 for 8 weeks
Mindful self compassion 4 Moms
This is a 6 week commitment to yourself.
How do you typically react to difficulties in your life? Do you instinctively fight uncomfortable experiences or find fault in yourself when things go wrong?

Self compassion is a skill that can be learned by anyone. Research has shown happiness, reduces anxiety and depression, and can even help you stick to your diet and exercise routine. Game is sensual tools for a living and a full whole heartedly and learn how to;
