M4kidz k to 5th

A 8-16-course curriculum to be implemented during a specified class period for the students. The objective of each class is to provide tools to help students reduce stress & anxiety while cultivating confidence in themselves and their community. Each themed course will explore self-reflection, movement, and encourage students to be aware of the present moment using each foundation of a the M4kidz Method. 
 

Students will explore movement that will build strength, balance, and flexibility. They will be empowered by practices that will help them recognize their emotions and learn how to use mindful tools to handle difficult emotions and promote healthy reactions to stress. They will build a safe environment together and understand how they can be a valued member of their own community.

 

  • Complimentary 45-minute presentation
  • 8-16 lessons in each class (visiting classes for 15-20 minutes 1/2x a week)
  • Mindfulness bells for each class
  • Journals for each student
  • Classroom Teacher Manual for all teachers (K-5 Only)
  • Three additional 30 minute teacher and staff trainings   
  • Post then Pre evaluations

Middle & High School PRogram

A eight week course curriculum to be implemented during a specified class period for the students. This program is a mindfulness based stress reduction program based on the Mindful Schools (R) Curriculum.

Students will explore who they are and how they are dealing with the world. This 8 week program will give teens the ability to learn how to slow down, make more thoughtful decisions, and live in the present moment without their lens of judgement.

  • Mindfulness bells for each class
  • Journals for each student
  • Three additional 30 minute teacher and staff trainings   
  • Post then Pre evaluations

 

Pre-School

30-60 MINUTES once WEEK Starting from $90 a month 

 

Teaching Children how to Pause, Breathe, 
Play, Focus & Create as they Connect to their inner and outer world.

Join Ms. Allison on a peaceful adventure. Each class introduces simple yoga poses with cooperative games, breathing, relaxation exercises and art. Our program teaches kids about
*self-expression, *body-awareness, *social skills. 

This unique playful method combines animated yoga poses with songs, stories, games, and relaxation techniques. These active and fun activities help kids develop strength, flexibility, concentration, focus and kindness.
